We have put together an awesome civilian program for adults. Adult students learn:

• Hand-to-Hand Combat
• Ground Fighting
• How to Defend Against Weapons
• Situational Awareness
• Education (ten-minute lecture on various topics, per class)

KIDA Self-Defense tailored an appropriate self-defense program for children, such as various strikes, kicks, takedowns, and techniques to protect themselves from larger attackers. Students learn:

• Anti-Bullying Methods and Techniques
• Discipline
• Confidence
• Ethics
• Leadership

Children are truly our future leaders, which is why interpersonal communications, verbal, and leadership skills are taught to children attending our academy. Our students learn critical skills needed to be contributing members of society. To aid students on becoming leaders, they apply verbal and leadership skills in class by leading warmups and reciting the class credo on a rotational basis. Children are also taught about respect, discipline, importance of having a good education; completing chores at home; helping their sibling(s), and proper nutrition.

We offer personal training for those who cannot train in a class environment, or simply want to train in the comfort of their own home. Personal group training from four-to-ten people are also available at discounted rates. Please call for a tailored program that fits your specific training needs.

Although classes are taught in person throughout south Florida, we are an international organization that seeks to contribute and promote self-defense. We mainly promote Krav Maga training, teaching methodologies, education, resources, accreditation, and ethical standards because Krav Maga is one of the most efficient self-defense systems in the world!
